Online real estate licensing is a great option for individuals who don’t want to follow the structured schedule in the classroom. You may complete the online course as quickly as you want, from the comfort of your home.

All information needed to pass the exams and begin a successful real estate career is included in this course.

On Demand Video Presentations

The pre-recorded videos allow you to watch the lessons and study at your own pace. Videos are available 24/7 and you may rewatch lessons. Watch a sample video.

Hard Copy Material

Each student receives comprehensive hard copy content coinciding with the video presentations. Content includes reading material, learning outlines, flashcards, and more.   

Access to Instructors

As questions arise, instructors are readily available to explain or provide assistance.

Self Paced

The online program is a 6-month self-paced class. Students should plan to devote 168 hours to complete the full program. We recommend completion in 2 to 3 months, or a minimum of 15 to 20 hours a week.

Exam Techniques

Exam Techniques are included throughout the course to provide module by module review. In these sessions, students will complete an examination very similar to the state test.

COLORADO COMPREHENSIVE EXAM PREP COURSE

This course does not cover the education requirement for individuals who have never held a license.

The Colorado Comprehensive Exam Prep Course is designed for those who wish to pass the state portion of the licensing exam, but are not familiar with Colorado license law, commission rules, position statements, approved forms, and closing procedures.

This course is recommended for those who are:

• licensed in another state and seeking a Colorado Real Estate license,
• certified from another school, yet are unable to pass the Colorado portion of the PSI exam, or
• passing the state exam as an alternative to the 24-hour CE course requirement, pursuant to rule 4.2.A.4.
