Since our beginning in 1962, we have grown and expanded to provide live classroom and online Real Estate license training, Real Estate Appraisal license training, Colorado Mortgage Broker license training, and continuing education courses in the Denver metropolitan area and throughout Colorado. We have two school locations serving the Greater Metro Denver Area. PROGRAMS

Our live Colorado Real Estate Broker courses are offered part time days, part time evenings, or full time days. The real estate courses online can be completed at your own pace.

The Online Mortgage Broker Program presents material via streaming video which puts you in the classroom from your location. We also offer live Mortgage Broker training.

Real Estate Appraisal Licensing courses are offered twice each year along with regularly scheduled license upgrade courses or continuing education courses.

Both classroom and online continuing education courses are available for real estate brokers and real estate appraisers.

PAYMENT

AREI accepts all major credit cards, cash, certified checks or money orders. We do not accept personal checks.

STATE EXAM PASS GUARANTEE!

If you successfully complete the AREI real estate pre-license program and final exam on the first attempt, and do not pass the state examination on the first try, we will pay your second exam fee!
