The CVS will obtain the knowledge to avoid lost sales transactions as a result of low appraisals or underwriters requirements. The designation will help the broker become a neighborhood expert and build a strong farm area, counsel clients regarding cost vs. benefit analysis and understand how to engage the buyer and seller in the process of pricing for a sale or finding the right property to buy. Many brokers are capitalizing on the current market and generating income by providing Broker Price Opinions.
